Anyone can create a market on PREDYX — no approvals, no gatekeepers, no centralized markets team. On **PREDYX**, markets are **permissionless**. If you can define a clear question with an objective resolution, you can launch a market and let traders decide the odds. #### **"Can I create my own market?"** **Yes.** Any user can create a market directly on PREDYX. There is no curation committee deciding what is “allowed.” Instead, markets succeed or fail based on whether traders find them valuable. To create a high-quality market on PREDYX, you’ll need to define: * **Outcome options** — YES/NO or Multiple Choice * **Upload Thumbnail** — Clear and containing Market related info * **Market title** — clear, specific, and neutral * **Select Category/Categories** — Important for the market to be shown under the category on Predyx website * **End Date and Time** — Select date and time carefully to avoid any confusion for users. The end date and time must align with the event and resolution criteria. * **Setting Probabilities** — The probability is default set equally between the options and creators are able to set the probabilities pre market. * **Liquidity** — Currently Predyx uses LMSR for markets, creators need to provide a pre market liquidity starting as low as 2000 Sats. As it's on LMSR, the higher the liquidity is, the less the odds travel on live market when a transaction happens on live market. Let's say for a liquidity of 2000, when a buy order of 1000 shares is made the odds travel +10%, and when a market has 20000 Sats liquidity, the odds will travel +1% for the same order of 1000 shares. In most cases the higher liquidity gathers more reach and is often preferred by Predyx traders. However, fees below 2% generally lead to better trader engagement, higher volume, and healthier price discovery. * **Resolution source** — where truth will be verified * **Resolution criteria** — how the outcome will be determined * **Resolution date or condition** Once created: * Trading begins immediately * Prices emerge from supply and demand * Liquidity determines signal strength ### Market Design Guidelines To be a successful creator on PREDYX, well-designed markets attract larger participation and produce more accurate probabilities. Before creating a market, consider the following: #### 1. Is there real demand? Strong markets have: * Clear trader interest * Relevance to current or future events * The potential for meaningful volume * Low-interest markets may exist — but volume determines accuracy. #### 2. Does the market seek truth? PREDYX markets should answer questions that: * Matter to people * Provide informational or social value * Benefit from a probabilistic answer rather than opinion #### 3. Is the outcome clearly and objectively resolvable? Every market on PREDYX must resolve **clearly and objectively**. Avoid: * Vague Wording * Subjective judgments * Outcomes that require too many interpretations. #### 4. Is there a credible resolution source? Every market must specify a **verifiable resolution source**, such as: * An official government release * A widely recognized data provider * Credible and unanimous media sources * A public blockchain event * A clear, timestamped announcement * The resolution source must be accessible to anyone. #### 5. Is the resolution time bounded?
